handful_ofdustMan. Not having a great time of it, and I'm genuinely not sure why. I hurt all over. Terrible sleep last night, though I did also have an elaborate series of dreams about dementedly powerful Jewish anime superheroes (one of whom also happened to be a total Hexslinger-'verse fanboy who'd written long, plotty gen fic that he was too embarrassed to show me--obviously, my interests are cross-breeding at a creepy pace).
Friday was, I believe, the Serial Diners' anniversary. As usual, we couldn't go. And Cal's been insane in the membrane for the last two days, drooling and spitting and acting like a maniac in general, laughing to himself all the time like he's high. I'm pretty sure it's about his teeth, but that doesn't excuse much.
Chapter Twelve progresses. Some forward action on Chapter Thirteen. No food in the house to speak of. No physical money in the bank. I feel behind, panicky, fucked up in general. Obviously haven't done the post on Yiddish yet, though I will.
Yeah, that's about it. I just have to keep going, and then keep going.

Hey, I don't find it implausible that you have superhero fanboys.
I don't know what I can do about the rest, but if electronic hugs are any use, have a lot.
