Well, you knew it was coming: Finally chopped Chapter Eight of A Book of Tongues into Chapters Eight and Nine, because 5,000 words plus is damn well long enough. This means the official last chapter of Part One will be Chapter Ten, but at least I don't feel like I'm flailing around in molasses anymore. Also, at last I have stuff to send to the relevant people! Enjoy.

Now, having also spent some time tweaking Claude Lalumiere's wonderful fix-ups to "Strange Weight"'s bad placeholder French, I go pick up Cal, and pay some bills. The glam(er)!
