Feeling Groovy (Not)

I'm definitely in a position from which I can see the end of things approaching,a nd fairly quickly--if I pushed myself, I might be able to get this fucker done over the weekend. But it's always the pushing yourself part of the equation that tends to fall down most often, isn't it?
In other news, I "have" to go in tonight and present an award at the TFS Film Festival, mainly because one of the other teachers' father died--otherwise, I suppose, I probably wouldn't have been A) invited or B)informed of this situation at all. Steve can take Cal, either way, at least...
