Finally!

Finished the damn column (Hill House vs. Hell House, Sunday Sunday Sunday), which frees me up to do...all sorts of other shit. And I got my breast reduction consultation recommendation, too--they should be calling me with an appointment sometime in the next three weeks. So I'm ahead of the game, sort of.
