I love how the words could almost be any dead-end town dreamer's frustration—see, oh, half of Bruce Springsteen's back catalogue—except what it sounds like is dust devil and demon lover, Ray Bradbury and Johnny Cash's Depression child. Also, it's catchy.)

The more I noodle with it, though it started out as just a showcase for "Daring Lousy Guy", I think it may be the soundtrack to "Kryptonite"--all Dionne Cornish songs, in other words. One way or the other, though, thanks a lot; I don't know Hot Fuss well enough to request anything else, so this is really great.

I'll send "The Underneath" ASAP.
