Loads of dishes done: Three.
Loads of Laundry done: Six.
Coffee?: Two cups in morning; chai tea latte, ginger tea, water after.
Music: Legion of Boom, the Crystal Method.
Exercise?: Elliptical run/sitting bike, 15 minutes each; 6 different sit-up and oblique combinations (16 each), two plank postures held for 30 seconds each; stretches.
Aches and Pains: Sticky neck, stiff back.
Book(s) finshed: Those Who Walk In Darkness, John Ridley; Flesh Gothic, Edward Lee; Bad Men, John Connolly. Started: The Descent, Jeff Long (again).
DVDs watched: The Manson Family, dir. Jim VanBebber (plus The VanBebber Family, a documentary extra); Kingdom Hospital: The Entire Series, discs 3 and 4 (catching up on the last four ep.s, including the finale); Sombra Dolorosa and The Heart Of The World (both shorts, the first an extra on The Saddest Music In The World), dir. Guy Maddin.
TV watched: Treehouse; Dr Who; Law & Order: SVU and Law & Order: Trial By Jury two-hour crossover guest-starring Rita Moreno, Angela Lansbury and Alfred Molina as a rich-kid serial rapist with Asperger’s Syndrome.
Dinner: Funghi pizza, salad, tea, hot chocolate.
Cal Report: Constipated all day, save for a huge poo-splosion around 4:00 PM. Missed his noon Amoxil hit, but made it up later; have switched to giving it to him by spoon rather than in a syringe, which works far better. Shopped for xylophones with Mom, only to discover them apparently absent from the downtown core (and that the Toys ‘R’ Us across from the Eaton’s Centre has folded); got megablocks, stacky rings and a box of shapes that plays music instead. Oh yeah, and now he actually has cut a tooth, THANK CHRIST. Hopefully, more will follow.
Words (Fic or Fiction): Not a fuckin’ sausage.

Date: 2005-05-04 04:39 pm (UTC)AND this:
Legion of Boom, the Crystal Method.
just saved me much mental head raking. I was at Coachella this weekend and was trying to remember the name of the last electronic act I'd seen live and in person: Death in Vegas? No, Daft Punk? No, Chemicals? No but I knew it started with a C. I am now relieved.

Date: 2005-05-05 07:09 pm (UTC)Sorry not to get back to you earlier...things have run away from me, or at least crawled away really fast. Saturday sounds fine--we've got two more Doctor Whos to watch, a two-part ep., though Steve says the CBC trimmed the cliffhanger ending of Part One so close that Part Two doesn't really explain what happened (ie: He just got out of it, OKAY?). But I guess we'll see.;)
