Nelson and Miles don't have enough criss-cross for it to be that, in that Miles doesn't want anybody killed and Nelson doesn't kill anybody "for" him. (I was a bit worried that Nelson might kill Miles's Mom there for a minute, but I don't actually think he has the strength to. All he can do is frighten, stalk and attempt to influence.)
