The incredible fervor of cramping I went through this time 'round certainly hasn't helped--I've been sleepless, paralyzed, crotch-kicked and angry at myself on some very basic level.
That is exactly how I felt this month. There must be something in the tides, or maybe it's just the cold weather. Ibuprofen and calcium supplements usually help me, but they didn't this month.
