Okay. Steve's back, and we had a pretty good "family"-type day. I've made some strides in trying to eat and/or cook right, though not as much as I should have; went and did BodyJam, too, which continues to be fairly hilarious--I am just so bad at everything! Seriously. Still, it's fairly fun, and it certainly jacks the heart-rate.

But now we have to stop screwing around, and bloody write.
