Wow!

"Spectral Evidence" just won the ChiZine Short Story Contest. Since I didn't even vaguely think I was going to place, this counts as a pretty (damn) good way to start the day...not least because judge Neil Gaiman had the deciding vote in a two-way tie.;)

cristalia: Congratulations. I seriously thought it would be you, and I really want to read "Deer's Heart" now. I apologize, but how amazing is it for both of us to finish that high out of 307 entries? Toronto rocks!
