Actually, I can't figure out how to do a poll (and yes, advice would be appreciated). So here are the current candidates for a marathon viewing of TV at my place.:

24 Seasons 1, 2

Carnivale Seasons 1, 2

Firefly

The Jewel in the Crown

Arrested Development Season 1

Millennium Season 1

Wiseguy Season 1.1

Battle of the Planets medley (with Gatchaman side-dish!)

The Shield Seasons 1, 2, 3, 4.1

Stephen King's Rose Red

Ultraviolet

OZ Seasons 1, 2, 3

Dr Who #9

Battlestar Galactica 2003 Miniseries, Season 1

The Kingdom Series 1

Coupling Seasons 1, 2, 3

Neverwhere

We'd be talking about not more than twelve hours at a time, because I have a child. Don't know what things are or why you should be interested in them? Ask. Thanks in advance for participating; no harm, no foul for not (especially if you live in another city/country ;)).

I vote for Firefly and Wiseguy (the Sonny Steelgrave arc). :)

Hee, well the Oz vote goes without saying, but I *really* need to sit down with the Wiseguy series, as I've only ever seen snatches of the Ray Sharkey arc (which is S1 right? S2 is Kevin Smirky Spacey?)

I also need to do a more complete BSG watch as the Sci-Fi repeat schedule so far seems to be skipping around alot.

Those two seem like their short yet arc driven enough to be good for a marathon session.

Oz, of course. Heh.

And Wiseguy. Oh, yes. Yes, indeed.

Whatever you end up picking I'd recommend Arrested Development as a chaser. To cleanse the palate, if you will. After two or three episodes of grim n' gritty drama or sci-fi, I myself think Jason Bateman chasing after somebody on a Segway is necessary for one's mental health.

If I could, I would gladly cross the border for a JackDav Fest, so I vote for Ultraviolet and Coupling S1-3.

Carnavale & the other horror/dk fantasy appeal most to me (big surprise). I like Neverwhere but I've seen it. I've missed a few episodes of Dr. Who, however, and it is proving to have a story arc.

Then again, I'd be willing to watch Gatchaman :)

It is me Chaplinlover

Well, Oz goes without saying, but personally, after that, I'd pick Carnivale. I only saw about three episodes but what I saw really intrigued me.

crackity crack
