A Better Today

handful_ofdustAfter a bit of a blow-up at breakfast, I think Mom and I are finally back on somewhat of a better footing, which helps. And tonight's time together was great for Steve and I, too; we ate a good dinner, caught JCVD at the AMC (just as fun as advertised), bought eight second-hand books for $30.00. Pleasant--and cheap!
Best of all, however, I think I've finally found a way to parlay my 3:10 to Yuma obsession into something I can actually sell...pull a Naomi Novik on it and "bring the dragons", in other words. Not that there'll be dragons. And yet.;)
